sndev is a small business selling a developer tool. We want every customer to feel fairly treated, and we also need a policy that is simple enough to administer without lawyers. Here it is.
If sn-skills is not what you expected, email
support@sndev.io within
7 days of your first purchase and we will refund the
full amount, no questions asked. The refund covers the entire charge
on your first invoice (including any seat count you selected at
checkout). Once the refund is issued, your license is revoked and the
sn CLI will stop working on any instance.
Monthly renewals are non-refundable. You are in control of whether a renewal happens:
If you forget to cancel and get charged for a renewal, we will not refund that charge, but we will cancel the subscription on request so you are not charged again.
We will refund a renewal charge, or prorate the current period, in these specific cases:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not issue refunds as credit toward future invoices.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without first contacting us, we may revoke your license and decline future business. Please email support@sndev.io first — we answer quickly and almost every concern is resolved without involving the card network.
