These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of
sndev.io and the sn-skills toolkit
(together, the “Service”), operated by sndev LLC, a Florida
limited liability company (“sndev”, “we”, or
“us”). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service you
agree to these Terms.
sndev provides a manifest-driven toolkit and hosted Model Context
Protocol (MCP) server that helps ServiceNow consultants implement
configuration faster using AI. A paid sn-skills subscription includes
access to the sn CLI and its skill modules, updates to
those skills during the subscription period, and usage of the hosted
sndev.io MCP server subject to fair-use limits.
sn-skills is sold on a per-seat, monthly subscription basis. A seat
authorizes one human developer to run the sn CLI against
up to 100 ServiceNow instances per organization. Seats are not
transferable mid-month, and sharing a seat between multiple developers
is a breach of these Terms. You can add or remove seats at any time
through the Stripe Customer Portal at
sndev.io/account.
Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method on file with Stripe. Prices are listed at sndev.io/pricing and are exclusive of taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. You can cancel at any time from sndev.io/account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.
We offer a 7-day refund window on your first purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable. Full terms are at sndev.io/refunds.
You agree not to:
sn CLI or its bundled skill modules outside your organizationYou retain all rights to the ServiceNow configurations, manifests, and code you author using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, and we do not use your manifests to train AI models. Your ServiceNow credentials, when used with the live-instance proxy, are passed through per-request and never stored.
We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA on the standard tier. Enterprise subscribers receive an SLA as part of their contract. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice and may temporarily suspend the Service to address security incidents.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated manifests are drafts that you must review before deploying to production ServiceNow instances; you are responsible for testing and validating all outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sndev’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend
or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these
Terms. On termination, your license to use the sn CLI
ends and any license tokens are revoked. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, and 11
survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify active subscribers by email at the address on file. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
