I am a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, and I built sndev. I work between Florida and Portugal.

Why I built sndev

I got tired of waiting for ServiceNow’s products to fall short. On implementations I could not use AI, and I kept waiting for the tools to get better.

So I built my own. sndev holds my best practices in a toolset I can reuse on every project. It saves configuration as readable files, not XML, so you can read it, diff it and review it like code.
